THIS WARRANTY DEED made the ~,day of June, 1972, by
MARY CASTELLANETA, the unremarried surviving spouse of Eustachio
Castellaneta, deceased; LEO CASTELLANETA and MADELINE CASTELLANETA,
his wife; NICHOLAS CASTELLANETA and ROSE CASTELLANETA, his wife;
JOSEPH CASTELLANETA and ELLEN CASTELLANETA, his wife; DOMINIC
CASTELLANETA and ANNA CASTELLANETA, his wife; and VITTORIA
CASTELLANETA COSTARELLA, hereinafter called the grantors, to
RAY D. HOWE,and DIANN H. HOWE, his wife, 1110 Orange Avenue,
Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the grantors, for and in cohsideration of '
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, E
release, convey and confirm unto the grantee, all that certain land
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Beginning at the SE corner of Lot 1, Block 1, of M. E.
Goldsmith's Addition to the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, ;
as recorded in Plat Book 2, page 6, records of St. Lucie =

County, Florida; from thence run West along the North ?
boundary of Orange Avenue, a distance of 100 feet to a point
of beginning; from thence run North along the West boundary
of Lot 2, a distance of 155 feet; thence run West a distance
of 65.14 feet; from thence run South a distance of 155
feet; from thence run East, a distance of 65 feet along
the North•boundary of Orange Avenue to the point of beginning.
- - TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever. '
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said grantee that the
grantors are lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the
grantors have good right and lawful authority to sell and convey
said land; that the grantors hereby fully warrant the title to said
land and will defend the same against the~lawful claims of all
! persons whomseover; and that said land is free of all encumbrances,
~ except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 1971.
