WHEREAS, the Compsny ~s in lhe business of kasing. renting. scrvitinQ, ope~ating, maintalning and rcpairing of coin-operated mschines; and
WHEREAS, it is to tlie mutual Oenefit oi esch party hereto that they enter into an aQreement tor the plsceme~t, senicing a~d msintaioing oI cer-
tain coin-operoted machines in the aforenentioned IocaYan.
NOW, THEREFORE, in conside?ation of the sum of Ten and No/100 (510.00) Oollars, esch to the other in hand paid in cssh, snd other Qood and
valuable ca?siderations u hereinafter set torth, the puties hereto agrce as toltows:
1. The ProPrietw rcpresents snd warrants to the ComDS~Y that tAe Proprietw is the ovmer ot thc atorcmentioned business and that said business
is duly and Drope?ty licensed by all required authorities, and further, that Ne undersigned is suthorized a~d empowcrcd to entd into this Agreement
2. The Proprietor hereby agrees that a space will be provided within the aforementioned business at the aforementioned sddress i~ which spsce
the Company agrces to install, operate, service and maintain for the duratio~l of this Agreemenf. s~d any renewal periods, toinoperated vending mschines
of the types here~naiter specified, said machines at al! times to be plated by the Proprietw in a tonspicuous place and to be readily sctessible to ths
publie patmn~zing the Prop?ietor's premises.
3. It is understood snd agreed that the Compsny shall inshll, ope?ate, service and mainhin ooinoperated mschines on ths Proprietor's premises,
