BEFORE I~, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
this day JAMES T. EGAN, individually and as President of Gee Jay
Groves, Inc., a New Jersey corporation, who, upon first being by
me duly sworn, did depose and say:
1. That Gee Jay Groves, Inc., and your affiant, individually,
together with our predecessors in title to the below described real
property have been in actual possession of said real property for
a period of more than 25 years last past;
All that part of the East 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of
Section 7, Township 34 South, Range 40 East,
lying and being West of U. S. #1 (State Road No. 5);
and all that part of the NW 1/4 of Section 8, Township
34 South, Range 40 East lying and being West of
U. S. #1 (State Road No. 5)
2. That in addition to the above, said real property has
been assessed by the Tax Assessor in and for St. Lucie County,
Florida, in the name of Gee Jay Groves, Inc. and in tl:e names of
its predecessors in title, and that to your affiant's knowledge,
no person or persons have at any time claimed any interest in the
above descri.bed real property under color of title or otherwise.
