BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
PEARL McLAUGHLIN who, upon first being duly sworn, did depose and say
that she is the wife of Paul L. McLaughlin and as such executed a mortgage
encumbering the above described property to First Federal Savings and
Loan Association of Fort Pierce which mortgage was dated May 23, 1972
and recorded in O. R. Book 202, page 2560, and that she is one and the
same person who, as Pearl Jones, took title to said property by deed dated
July 31, 1970 recorded in O. R. Book 190, page 1349 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
