WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the p~ day of , 197~-,
by WAYNE E. ALLEN and JO ANN ALLEN, is wife,; JAME R. ALLEN
and FRANCES T.ALLEN, his wife: GE~RGE E. ALLEN and ELIZABETH
B. ALLEN,,his wife: BERNARD SCHEREL and RENA SCHEREL, his wife,
hereinafter called the Grantors to AGRICULTURAL CHEMICAL COMPANY,
whose post office address~is Post Office Box 977, West Columbia,
South Carolina, hereinafter called the Grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantors" and
"grantee" include all the parties to this in-
strument and the heirs, legal representatives
and assigns of individuals, and the successors
and assigns of corporations.)
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, for and in consi3eration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, re-
mise, release, convey and confirm unto the Grantee, all that
certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit: ;
