MEYER, JR., M.D., joined by his wife, CORA J. MEYER, as to an undivided one-half interest in Parcels 1, 2, 3 and 4, Mortgagors, by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the lst day of October, 1970, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 187, page .1261, mortgaged unto ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, a Florida banking cor- poration, the premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of Thirty-six Thousand Dollars ($36,000.00), with interest as therein mentioned: AND WHEREAS, the said WILLIAM H. MEYER, JR., a/k/a WILLIAM H. MEYER, JR., M. D., has requested the said ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK to release the premises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage: NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that the said ST. LUCIE COUNTY SANK as well in consideration of the premises as of the sum of Ten bollars ($10.00) to it paid by the said WILLIAM H. MEYER, JR., a/k/a WILLIAM H. MEYER, JR., M. D., at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and opera- ~ tion of said mortgage unto the said WILLIAM H. MEYER, JR., a/k/a WILLIAM H. MEYER, JR., i~I. D., his heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgage, to wit: PARCEL ONE: The South 12-1/2 acres of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 20, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, less and except rights of way for public roads and canals. PARCEL TWO: Commencing at a point on the East boundary line of the E 1 2 of the NE 1/4 of Section 20, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, . 495 feet South of the Northeast corner, run thence West 880 feet, thence South 206.25 feet, thence East 880 feet to section line, I~ thence North along section line a distance of 206.25 feet to the 3 ~ point of beginning, same.lying and being in the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 = ~ of Section 20, Township 35 South, Range 40 East; EXCEPTING rights = ~ of way for public roads. ~ PARCEL THREE: Commencing at a point 701.25 feet South of the s Nort east corner of Section 20, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, ~ run thence West 880 feet, thence South 206.25 feet, thence East 880 ~ feet to the East line of said Section 20, thence North along said East line 206.25 feet to the point of beginning; same lying and being in the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 20, Township 35 South, Range 40 East; EXCEPTING rights of way for public roads.
