WARRANTY DEED ,
THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the ,i ~ day of ,
A. D. 1972 by MARTIN G. GOULD and BARBARA M. GOULD, his fe, and
WILLIAM H. MEYER, JR. and CORA J. MEYER, his wife, hereinafter
called the Grantor, to MARK & SON, INC., a Florida corporation,
whose post office address is: P. O. Box 1766, Stuart, Florida
33494, hereinafter called the Grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and
"grantee" include all the parties to this in-
strument and the heirs, legal representatives
~ and assigns of individuals, and the successors ~
and assigns of corporations.)
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00, and other valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remi.ses, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee,
all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
The South 825 feet of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4,
less the North 412.50 feet of the West 440 feet
and less the South 150 feet of the North 562.5
feet of the East 290 feet of the West 315 feet
of Section 20, Township 35 South, Range 40 East;
less and excepting therefrom the East 25 feet
for South 25th STreet and the West 25 feet for
South 29th Street.
TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments, and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee
that the Grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple;
that the Grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell and
convey said land; that the Grantor hereby fully warrants the title
! to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of
; all persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encum-
~ brances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 1971. .
