As provided for by the Condominium act of the Statutes of the State of Florida (Chapter 711, Et Seq. 1965) said description in this conveyance includes, but is not limited to, all appurtenances to the condominium parcel above described, including the limited common elements assigned thereto, and including the undivided interest in the common elements of said condominium. THIS CONVEYANCE IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING: 1. Taxes and assessments for the year 1972 and subsequent years. 2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations and easements of record. 3. The Declaration of Condominium and exhibits attached thereto and the Articles of Incorporation of the Association named in said Declaration of Condominium. ' TOGETHER WITH all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
