Caldwell, deceased, hereinafter called the Gr tor, to
FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF HOLLYWOOD, Trustee, with mailing address of
2001 Hollywood Blvd., Hollywood, Florida 33022
hereinafter called the Grantees
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledqed, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,
releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee;,- all that certain land
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Lot 19, Block K(numbered #123 for administrative control
purposes), of HOLIDAY OUT AT ST. LUCIE, a condominium,
accordinq to the Declaration of Condominium thereof,
recorded in Official Records Book 168 at page 1348 of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,as amended. As
provided for by the Condominium act of the Statutes of the
State of Florida (Chapter 711, Et Seq. 1965) said description
in this conveyance includes, but is not limited to, all
appurtenances to the condominium parcel above described,
including the limited common elements assigned thereto,
and including the undivided interest in the common elements
of said condominium.
THIS CONVEYANCE IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING:
1. Taxes and assessments for the year 1972 and subsequent years.
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations and easements of record.
3. The Declaration of Condominium and exhibits attached thereto
and the Articles of Incorporation of the Association named
in said Declaration of Condominium. '
TOGETHER WITH all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the said Ancillary Executor does hereby covenant to and
with the Grantee,its successors & assigns, that in all things
preliminary to and in and about said sale and this conveyance the
i order of the Court of the County Judge of St. Lucie County, Florida,
; and the laws of the State of Florida have been followed and complied
~ with in all respects.
