E thereof a distance of 420.10 feet; `

84.45 feet; thence S~8 deg. 31 min. 15 sec.
E 93.71 feet; thence_N 89 deq. 00 min. OS sec.
E 399.31 feet; thence S 75 deg. O1 min. 30
sec. E 43b.70 feet; thence V 47 deg. 47 min.
45 sec E 446.34 feet to a point on the E
line oE, and 349.06 feet S of the NE corner,
of the aforesaid SW 1/4 of SW l/4 of Sec. 27.
