and FURTHER SUBJECT to that certain oil, gas ~
and mineral Lease executed by the said E. R.
Brown, et ux, to Amoco Production Company dated
July 7, 1971, and filed Auquet 20, 1971 in O. R.

The obliqations of DiGiorgio Fruit Corporation
' which run with the above-described lands as de-
fined in that certain aqreement between Sybil
