of land that is 660 feet in width parallel with, adjacent to and abutting the Florida East
Cost Railroad Southeasterly right of way line in St. Lucie Eounty, Florida, less and except
a right of way easement 30 feet in width for ingress and egress from the Glades cut-off
(county) Road to remafning security.along an existing.dirt road to a point on the South-
easterly boundary of the above described 660 foot strip. Said dirt road passes through
the Southwest quarter of Section 1, Township 37 South, Range 38 East in a Southerly ~
direction and crosses the Florida East Coast Railroad at a point approximately 2,000 feet
Northeast of the intersection of said Railroad and west section line of said Section 1.
