Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 5, run
North 18°34'19" West 271.05 feet to the South line
of the Fort Pierce Inlet property as described in
Deed Book 88, paqe 270; thence run South 83°05'06"
West alonq the South line of the Inlet Property 66.28
feet to a point that is at the Southeast corner of the
Binney Wall; thence run North 28°34'39" West along the
Easterly edge of the Binney Wall 24.8 feet to the North-
easterly corner of the Binney Wall; thence run South
37°21'22" West along the Northerly line of the Binney
Wall 220.37 feet to the Westerly line of the aforesaid
Lot 7, Block 16; thence run South 28°03'39" East 211.7
feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 7; thence run in a
Northeasterly direction along the arc of a simple curve
(having a radius of 1694.06 feet and a long chord bearing
of North 65°14'O1" Tast ) a distance of 218 feet to the
Point of Beginning, together with riparian rights.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining,
and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and claim
whatsoever of the said first parties, either in law or equity, to
the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said second parties
forever.
