following terms and conditions:
~ A. The Trustee shall pay the net income of the Trust
Estate, and such portion of the corpus as the Grantor may direct
in writing. to the Grantor during her lifetime. In addition, the
Trustee, may in their ~iscretion, pay to the Grantor, or apply
for her benefit, such portions or all of the carpus of the Trust
Estate as the Trustee determines to be required for the Grantor's
• maintenance, support and comfort, or for any other purpose which
the Trustee determines to be in the Grantor's best interest.

B. Upon the death of the Grantor the Trustee shall marshal
the assets of the Trust Estate, and convert the corpus of said
Trust except the real property dealt with below, to cash, and
transfer, assign and pay over the following sums to the following
~ beneficiaries, provided that the remaining corpus and principal
of the Trust Estate is sufficient to pay the same:
1. $500.00 to BLANCHE NICOLA, provided she survives me.
2. $500.00 to AINO KAKSONEN, provided she survives me.
3. $500.00 to KATHLEEN MARTIN, provided she survives me.
4. $500.00 to EULA SPEARS, provided she survives me.

f 5. $250.00 to Sam SITT, provided he survives me.

~ 6. $250.00 to GERTRUDE SITT, provided she survives me.

~ 7. $1000.00 to YOUNG KWAN KIM, provided he survives me,
~ 8. $500.00 to BEREA COLLEGE (located in Berea, Kentucky).

9. $500.00 to BROWARD COUNTY SOCIETY FOR CRIPPLED CHILDREN
AND ADULT S.
10. $500.00 to ANTHONY V. PACE, JR. to be by him given to
THE SHRINERS HOSPITAL FOR CRIPPLED CHILDRIIJ.
~ 11.$10,000.00 to THE THEOSOPHICAL SOCIETY IN AMERICA. (with
~ headquarters in Wheaton, Illinois).
~ C. In the event that any of the beneficiaries named in

Article III, paragraph B hereof shall have predeceased me, the
~
~ bequest to such beneficiary shall lapse and become a portion of
~
~ the residuary Trust Estate below.
