- I. To vote in person or by proxy any shares of stock which
may form part of this Trust.
J. To lend money to any person or persons upon such terms,
but with adequate interest and security, as to my Trustees may
deem advisable for the best interest of this T,rust and the
Grantor hereof.
K. In addition to the above, to have all of the powers,
rights. authority and protection granted under the Uniform Trust 4
Administration Laws, Florida Statutes, Chapter 691, the Uniform
Principal and Income Law, Florida Statutes, Chapter 690, and the
laws of Florida relating to investments of Fiduciary funds,
Florida Statutes, Chapter 518, as said iaws now exist as of the :
date of the execution of this Trust, whether or not the same
shall be in effect at the time of my death or during the con-

tinuation of the Trusts hereunder. ;
ARTICLE V:
