Neither of the Trustees nor any successor Trustee shall be `
required to give any bond or other security.
ARTICLE VIII.
No Trustee hereunder shall ever be liable for involuntary
losses or for any loss or damage except for willful misconduct.
ARTICLE IX.
In the event that either of the Trustees should die during
the course of administration of my Trust Estate or be unable to
continue to act as my Co~rustee, then in that event I appoint
ANTHONY V. PACE, JR. in his or her place and stead as Co-Trustee
of my Trust Estate.
ARTICLE X.
' The validity, construction and effect of this agreement and
of the Trusts created hereunder and its enforcement shall be
determined by the laws of the state of Florida.

~ The Co-Trustees hereby accept the Trusts herein created.
