Trust.
~I. To vote in person or by proxy any shares of stock which

may form part of this Trust. .

J. To lend money to any person or persons upon such terms,
but with adequate interest and security, as to my Trustees may
deem advisable for the best interest of this Trust and the
Grantor hereof. '
K. In addition to the abovel to have all of the powers,
rights, authority and protection granted under the Uniform Trust
Administration Laws, Florida Statutes, Chaptex 691, the Uniform
Principal and Income Law, Florida Statutes, Chapter 690, and the
laws of Florida relating to investments of Fiduciary funds,
Florida Statutes, Chapter 518, as said laws now exist as of the
date of the execution of this Trust, whether or not the same
shall be in effect at the time of my death or during the con-
tinuation of the Trusts hereunder.
_ ARTICLE V.
THE INTEREST OF THE GRANTOR
No interest nor any part of the interest of any beneficiary

in the corpus or income of this Trust shall be subject in any

~ event to sale, alienation, hypothecation, pledge, transfer, or
€ -

~ subject to any debt of the Grantor or any other beneficiary here-
under, or any judgment again~t the Grantor or any other bene-
ficiary hereunder, or to process in aid of execution on said

judgment against the Grantor or any other beneficiary hereunder. ;

ARTICLE VI. ~

~ The Grantor may by signed instrument delivered to the

~ Trustee revoke the Trust hereunder in whole or in part or amend
~
~
~ this agreement from time to time in any manner. ~
