No Trustee hereunder shall ever be liable for~involuntary ~
losses or for any loss or damage except for willful misconduct. ~

the course of administration of my Trust Estate or be unable to
continue to act as my Co-"Prustee, then in that event I appoint ~

ARTICLE X.
The validity, construction and effect of this agreement and
of the Trusts created hereunder and its enforcement shall be
determined by the laws of the state of Florida.
