incorporated herein as fully as if written out verbatim herein, and recorded pursuant to 695.02, Florida
- Statutes, in Official Record Sook 138, page~ ~5'>t8 of the public records of St.lucie _County~ Florida.
In this instrument the singular shall include the plurol and the masculine shall include the feminine and
neuter. All rights and obligations under this mortgage shall extend to and be binding upon the respective
heirs, executors, administrotors, suaessors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
