HomeMy WebLinkAbout2532 WHEREAS, at the time of the development of said p2•operty and lands by the parties hereto an Agreement and Easement dated January 26, 1966, was entered into and recorded at l42 O.R.B,, page 78, public records of St. Lucie County, Flori~a, but due to ~ subsequent changes in conditions,.said Agreement and Easement i needs to be modified for the mutual benefit of all parties hereto. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual i . covenants herein contained and for other good and valuable conside ation, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, 3t is mutuaZly : + agreed by the parties hereto that said Agreement and Easement ~ dated January 26, 196b, be modified and superseded as follows: ~ ~ 1. The Parties of the First Part do hereby grant unto ~ ~ the Party of the Second Part a non-exclusive permanent easement ~ ; for ingress and egress purposes, in connection with the operation : of the grove and ranch land of the Party of the Second Part, ' and i~ successors and assigns, over and upon the following exist g unpaved road and bridge located on the proper~y of the Parties of the First Part, to wit: A road,and bridge constructed 80 feet in width and lying 40 feet on either side of the North Iine of the East 200 feet, Block 1, FLORIDA taiAID CITRUS GROVE, per plat thereof, Plat Book 13, ` page 1. . ~ _ C TOGETHER with a road constructed 40 feet in rr3dth described as the West 40 feet of the East 320 feet . of Blocks 2, 3, 4, and 5, FLORIDA 1~iAID CITRUS GROYE, Plat Book 13, page 1. TOGETHER with a road constructed 20 feet on either side of the Narth ].ine of Block 5, FLORIDA MAID CITRUS GROVE, Plat Book 13, page 1. ~ ~ 2.
