between ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, a corporation organized and existing
under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Florida with its
principal office at 112 South Second Street, Fort Pierce, Florida,
as guardian of the property of Victor L. Sunderland, also known as

Victor.Sunderland, an incompetent, and the said ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK,
as guardian of the estate of Edna B. Sunderland, wife of the said
Victor L. Sunderland, appointed under the provisions of Section
744.315 Florida Statutes Annotated, party of the first part, and
John J. Beranek and Ida S. Beranek, husband wife,,whose mailing

of the second part, WITNSSSETH: -
WHEREAS, on June f~ , 1972, upon the petitions of said
party of the firs t part, the Honorable James E. Alderman, County Judge
of St. Lucie County, Florida, authorized said party of the first - i
part to sell and convey the hereinafter described property belonging
to the said Victor L. Sunderland and Edna B. Sunderland at private

i s ale to the s aid parties of the second part for the aggregate sum

i of Twenty-Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($2,250.00) cash.

before the execution and delivery of this deed, receipt of which is
