LUCIE. ) BEFORE ME,- the undersigned authority duly authorized to administer oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared FRED ADAMS and DORIS D. ADAMS, who, after being by me first duly sworn, upon their oaths, depose and say: That our names are FRED ADAMS and DORIS D. ADAt~IS; that affiants are and constitute all of the surviving trustees of D.D.A., INC., a dissolved Florida corporation, and that of their own personal knowledge D.D.A., INC., was legally dissolved as a corporation existing under the laws of Florida on the 21st day of February, 1968; that they know of their own personal knowledge that FRED ADAMS and DORIS D, ADAMS constituted all of the members of the Board of Directors of D.D.A., INC., at the time of the afore- mentioned dissolution; that they know of their own personal knowledge that they constitute a majority of the members of the Board of Di- rectors of D.D.A., INC., a dissolved corporation; that, pursuant to Florida Statute 60$.30, they executed a deed as FR~D ADAMS and DORIS D. ADAMS, as all of the surviving trustees of D.D.A.,INC., a dis- solved Florida corporation, to WAYNE CONSTRUCTIQN COMPANY, a Florida ~ corporation, the ~;'~1 - day of June, A.D. 1972, and conveying the fol- lowing described real property: Lots l, 2, 3, 4 and 8 of D.D.A. SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 15, page 23, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. _ and further affiants sayeth not. 2 ~ .
