Commencing at the intersection of the North line~of
the south~aest 1/4 of Section 22, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East and the centerline of U. S. Highway
No. 1, thence run East along the said 1/4 section
line 40 feet to a point on the east right of way
line of U. S. Highway No. 1, thence run south along
said east right of way_ line 1,533.2 feet to the point
of beginning; thence run east parallel to the afore-
said 1/4 section line, 233 feet to a point; thence
run north parallel with the east right of way line
. of U. S. Highway No. 1, 150 feet to a point in the
south property line of the James Paxson property;
thence run east parallel to the aforesaid 1/4 sec-
tion line along the aforesaid James Paxson South
property line, 417 feet to a point, also being the ~
southeast corner of the James Paxson property, thence
run north parallel with the east right of way line
of U. S. Highway No. 1, also being along the east
property line of the James Paxson property, 90 feet
