ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND RATIFICATION BY GRAIdTEE
The Grantee by acceptance of the foregoing Warranty Deed
and execution~of this Acknowledgment and Ratification by Grantee,
acknow]_edqes receipt of copies of the Declaration of Condominium de-
scribed above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits, and
that conveyance by such deed is subject thereto. The Grantee does
iurther hereby ratify, confirm and approve all of said provisions
(including the W.INDMILL VILLAGE BY THE SEA RECREATION CENTER L~ASE
as filed for record in Official Records Hook 189 on pages 1829 through
1886 in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and the acts
of the officers and directors of WIhDMILL VILLAGE BY T1iE SEA CONDOMINIUM

` ing and entering into said Lease) The Grantee agrees to be bound by all
~ of said provisions; the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all of said
` provisions are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby im-
~ presses a lien upon the land and real property described above, as
~ security for his obligations, as described in said Declaration of
Condominium and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledges and agrees
that said ~e~claration of Condominium, its exhibits and the Sales Contract
executed b~ the Grantor and the Grantee contain all of the warranties,
representations and inducements concerning the purchase by the Grantee
of the land and real property described above. '
