that certain deed dated June 23, 1936, filed July l, 1936,
in Deed Book 88, page 248, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and that Affiant is the brother of LARDNER M. NEWELL,
one of the grantors in that certain deed dated September 27,
1947, filed April 28, 1953, in Deed Book 81, page 307, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida; that the said Lardner
McCarty Newell and Lardner M. Newell were one and the same }
person.
