BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally ap-
peared FRANK FEE, who, upon being by me first duly sworn,
did depose and say:
That my name is FRANK FEE; that I am a practicing at-~
torney in St. Lucie County, Florida; that I have been
a resident of St. Lucie County fifty-nine (59) years and
have been well-acquainted with the McCarty family; that
the grantors in that certain deed dated March 30, 1945 and
recorded April 30, 1946, in Deed Book 124, page 272, public
- records of St. Lucie County, Florida, executed by Lardner
McCarty Newe1Z. unmarried; Dan McCarty and Ollie B. McCarty,
his wife; Brian K. McCarty, his wife; John M. McCarty and
Louise F. McCarty, his wife, and Evelyn McCarty Stark and
William D. Stark, her husband, were all well-known to this
Affiant; that the said Dan McCarty, Brian K. McGarty and
John M. McCarty were alive and competent on March 30, 1945,
the date of execution of said deed, as well as April 30,
1946, the date of recording of said deed, recorded in Deed
Book 124, at page 272; that during the time of the execution
of and recording of said deed affiant was acting as attorney
for said grantior s.
