KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That ST. LUCIE
COUNTY BANK, a Florida banking corporation existing under
the laws of the State of Florida, the owner and holder of
certain mortgage deeds executed by DOUGLAS E. MULLINS and
EDITH G. MULLINS, his wife, to ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, as
follows:
Mortgage dated November 6, 1963, for $25,000.00,
recorded in O. R. Book 74, at page 304;
Mortgage dated March 25, 1964, for $10,000.00,
recorded in O. R. Book 84, at page 244;
Mortgage dated January 5, 1967,,for $10,000.00,
recorded in O. R. Book 164, at page 339; •
Mortgage dated February 14, 1958, for $15,000.00,
recorded in O. R. Book 170, at page 1612; and
certain promises and obligations set forth in said Mortgage
Deeds, upon the property situate in said State and County
described as follows, to wit:
The real property more particularly described
in the above-mentioned Mortgages.
hereby acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said
notes and mortgage deeds, and surrenders the same as cancelled,
and hereby directs the Clerk of the Circuit Court to cancel
the same of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said ST. LUGIE COUNTY BANK
has caused these presents to be executed in its name, and
its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed, by its proper
officers thereunto duly authorized, the 12th day of April .
1972.
