D. 1972 by DOUGLAS E. MULLINS and EDITH G. MULLINS, his wife, herein- after called the Grantor, to O. WAYNE ROLLINS, R. RANDALL ROLLINS, and GARY W. ROLLINS, a partnership, doing business as R.•G. W. COMPANY, not a corporation, whose post office address is: P. O.
