WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available from Lawnwood Regional and St. Lucie Medical Centers Corporate sponsorship agreements for
the South County Regional Stadium.
VVHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Flodda Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
FIodda, in meeting assembled this 10th day of April, 2001, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes,
such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2000-01, and the County's budget is hereby amended
as follows:
