RONALD ALBERTS, being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That he is the President of the LAKEiY00D PARK PROPERTY
01YNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a non-profit corporation of the State
of Florida, which has been assigned all the rights and reservat~ons
of LAKEWOOD PARK COftPORATION, LAKE~YOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION,
and LAKE IivDRIO CORPORATIOV, said Assignment being recorded in
O~ficial Record Book 186, page 2035 in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain
lot, Ulock, and unit numbers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for
nonpayment of maintenance fees assessed, said Affidavit being
recorded in Official Itecord Book, 177 page 2364 , Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, I1'C.,
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit
now on record against the following property, since said arrearage ,
has now been paid;
