Together w~th all buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafter erected there-
on or placed therein, in:luding all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in singie units or cen-
trally controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventiliation or !
other services, and any other thing novv or hereafter therei~ or thereon, the furnishing of wi~ich by lessors
to leasees is customary or appropriate, including scresns, window shad~s, storm doors and windows, floor ;
coverings, screen dcors, awnings, stoves and water hejters (a!! of which are +ntended to be and are hereby ~
declared to be a part of said real estate whether physicaNy attached thereto or not); and also together with s
all easements ard ths rents, issues and prof;ts of said premises which are hereby pledged, assigned, trans- ~
ferred and set over unto the Mortgagee, whether now due or hereafter to become due as provided in the
Supalemental Agreement secured hereby. The Mortgagee is hereby subrogated to the rights of all mort- ~
gagees, lienholders and owners paid off by the proceeds of the loan hereby secured.
