and acting Executor of the Estate of JOSEPH WEBER, deceased, Party

WITNESSETH: Whereas, an Order has been entered by the
Honorable James E. Alderman, Judge of the County Court in and for ~
St. Lucie County, Florida, authorizing the Executor of the Estate
of Joseph Weber to execute an Executor's Deed to party of the f
Second Part, conveying the hereinafter described real property. ;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar i
