INSTALIMENT NOTE ~

For Value Received, we, 3ointly and severally, as
principals promise to pay without defalcation to the order of
ARNOLD ROSENTHAL and SADIE ROSENTHAL, at the office of said payees,
12~ Palmer Avenue, Mamaroneck, New York, the sum of Thirty-Six
Thousand ($36,000) Dollars as follows;
$15,000 with interest on $36,000 from date at the
rate of 7 1/2gb per annum on January 2, 1973,
$21,000 in equal monthly installments of $~+20.80 each,
payable on February 3, 19?3, and on the 3rd day of each month there- •
after until paid, each such installment to be applied first to interest
on the unpaid balance from Ja.nuary 2, 1973 to date of payment, and
the remainder in reduction of principal.
If default is mad,e incFthe payment of any installment when
due, then, at option of the payee all the remaining installments shall
become due and payable at once. Privilege is given to pay two or more
installments at any time after Janusry 2_ 1973.
Should it become necessary to collect this note tnrough
an attorney, either of us, whether maker, surety or indorser on this
note, hereby agrees to pay all costs of collection, including a reason-
able attorney's fee.
