KNOW ALL MEN BY 1HESE PRESENTS : JUI. ~ 2 49 PH ~IZ ~Ki~`9~ ~
WHEREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a Florida ~
corporatian, hereinafter referred to as the "Mortgagor", by Inden- ~
ture bearing date of April 2G, 1972, and recorded in the Office of ~
the Clerk of the Circuit Court in O.R. Book 201, Page 1959, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, granted and conveyed to
Citizens Bank of Palm Beach County, ti'est Palm Beach, Florida, here-
inafter referred to as "~tortgagee", and its assigns, the premises
therein par[icularly described, to secure the payment of the sum
of Two Hundred Thousand ($200,000.00) Dollars, together with in-
terest as specified therein;
AND WHEREAS, the said Piortgagor has requested the said Mort-
gagee to release the premises hereinafter described, being a part
of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
Mortgage;
NOW, THERE~ORE, the said Mortgagee, in consideration of the y
sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable considera- ?
tions to it in hand paid, the receipt of which ia hereby acknow-
ledged, does remise, quit claim, exonerate and discharge from the
lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said Atortgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certa"in portion of the pre~ises con-
veyed by said riortgage, more particularly described as follows:

VENTURE OUT AT INDIAN RIVER, INC., a Condominium, as the
same appears by and upon a plat of the same of record in
the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, St. Lucie ~
County, Florida, in Plat Book 16, Page 24, to which said
place specific reference is hereby made for a more conplete
description of the premises.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the ~
Mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonerated F
and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage, and every
part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing herein
contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect
lien or encumbrance of ~the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining
mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the rights and remedies of the holder thereof. .
