For the consideration of Ten (10) Dollars, and other
valuable considerations, we, MARVIN L. HUDSON and ESTHER V.
HUDSON, wife, af 10746 Crosby Drive, Sun City, Arizona;
do hereby convey to M. LOGAN HUDSON, ESTHER V. HUDSON and
PAUL L. HUDSON as Trustees, to be held one-half under
Revocable Living Trust dated the 12th day of January,
1972, with M. LOGAN HUDSON as Trustor, and one-half under
Revocable Living Trust dated the 12th day of January, 1972, '
with ESTHER V. HUDSON as Trustor, the following described
property situated in Port St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 4, Block 286 of PORT ST. LUCIE SUBDIVISION,
Section 1, a Subdivision according to the Plat
thereof; recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 53, of the ~
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Granting unto the said Trustees the power to lease
