TO HAVE AND YO HOID the said property. with said buildings, improveme~ts, fixturss, appurten-

In this instrument the singular sha11 include the plural and the masculine shall include the feminine and
~euter. A!I rights and obligations under this mortgage shall extend to and be binding upon the respective
heirs, executors. administ~ato~s, successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mottgagee.
