advances on account of said original note together with such additional advanoes in a sum in excess of

Statutes, in Official Record Book a 3$, pages L15-1]~of the public reaords of St__ Luc i e_Co___~ Florida.
In this instrument the singular shall include the plural and the mauuline shsll include the feminine and
neuter. All rights and obligations under thia mortgage ahall extend to and be binding upon the ~espective
heirs, executors, administrators, succeswrs and auigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee. `
