mainten~ce ~d upkeep hereby authorize ~d give my (our) consent to the lollowing:
1. Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CJRPORATION, its successors or assigns, shall notiiy
ihe undersigned in writ;ng at the address indicated below (or at such other address as may be desig- ~
nated by the undersigned from time to time) that the said premises cffe not in a reasonable state of d
appearcmce and repcdr eonsistent with the general appearanoe ~?d state o! repair o! other properties n
within the immediate vicinity, the undersigned agrees io accomplish ihe required repairs, maintenance, a
etc., set forth in sand notioe within 15 days after receipt of =same_ ~
2. li ihe undersigned shall Iail or retuse to accomplish the required repairs or maintenanee, c
etc., within the prescribed time, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORA'fION, its successors or assigns,
acting by cmd through iis duly authorized agenis may come upon the premises {or the purpose oi doing '
ihe necessary work. Provided, however, that such work shall be limited to lawn cmd yard maintenance
to prevent ~ overgrown or unkempt appeca~ce, and to painting and minor repoirs to ihe exterior e; °r
the building or buildings, siiuated on the premises in order to prevent an unsightly or unsaie condition. p

signed agrces to make pa~ rnent thereof within 10 days atter demand. Provided, however, that dem~d o

4. In the event that the undersigned shall fail or refuse to mal~e payment of the actual cosis or o
'i expenses in~urred, then, and in that event only, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc- '
! cessors or assigns, may underial~e eolleclion of the sum which the undersigned is obligated to pay p ~
