The Grantee by acceptance of the foregoing Warranty Deed ~
and execution of this Acknowledgment and Ratification by Grantee,
acknowledges receipt of copies of the Declaration of Condominium de-
scribed above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits, and
t}lat conveyance by such deed is subject thereto. The Grantee does
ftirther hereby ratify, confirm and approve all of said provisions

as filed for record in Official Records Book~189 on pages 1829 th rough :
