Unless otherwise specified in a writing, sent to the partnership, the '

address of each partner and for all puYposes shall be as set forth next to his ~
signature at the end of this agreement. ~

Any notices and demands required to be given hereunder shall be sent
by registered mail to such addresses.
XXII. ;
All paragraph ritles or captions contained in this agreement are for
convenience only and shall not be deemed part of the context of this agreement.
XXIII.
All pronouns and any variations thereof shall be deemed to refer to the
masculine, feminine, singular or plural as the identity of the person or persons
may require.
XXIV. -
I Any dispute or controversy arising under, ouL of, in connection with or =

~ in relation to this agreement or any breach thereof, shall determined and settled

~ by arbitration in S~ Lucie County, Florida, pursuant to the Rules then obtaining
~
~ of the American Arbitration Association. Any award rendered therein shall be
final and binding on each and all of the partners, and judgment may be entered
thereon in any Court of competent jurisdicrion.

~ This agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties '

~ and supersedes any prior understandings and agreements between them respecting :

~ ~the within subject matter. There are no representations, agreements, arrange- ~

ments or understandings, oral or written, between and among the parries hereto

relating to the subject matter of this agreement which are not fully expressed ,
~ herein. Tfiis agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with

~ the laws of the State of Florida.
