BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared A.
G. WEATHERINGTON who, upon first being duly sworn,did depose and say
that he is and has been a registered land surveyor in St. Lucie County, ~,lorida,
for years last past and that his office was responsible for the prepara-
tion of the metes and bounds legal description which was used in a deed from
Surfside Properties, Inc. , to E. A. Bickel and wife as recorded in Official
Record Book 203, at pages 20 and 2I of the pub'lic records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and was further used in the purchase money mortgage encumbering
said property wtiich is of record in Official Record Book -203, at page 22 of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Affiant says that the reference to "UNIT 2" in said metes and bounds

~ description was a scrivenor's error in that Plat Book 10, page 17 of the public
~
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, is the correct filing reference for "Surf-
side Unit One" ; that of the two subdivisions entitled "Surfside Unit One" and _
''Surfside Unit Two" there is only one Block 2 which is situate in Surfside Unit
One as recorded in Plat Book 10, page 17.
