o corporation authorized to do business in the State of Florida, having

Box 1907, Sebring, Florida 33870, hereby waives, releases, and
surrenders to Florida Power & Light Company any and all rights to
; enter on the surface of all land desc3ibed-below for the purpose of
~ exploring or drilling for or digging or removing any oil, gas, or
c minerals and waives, releases, and surrenders any and all rights to
alter the subsurface of said land so as to interfere with the support of
surface structures. '
~ This waiver, release and surrender applies to the following
~real property:

~ o ~ That part of Section 12, Township 37 South, Range 38 '
o~~ ~ East, that lies within a strip of land which is 660 feet
~~o~~ in width parallel with, adjacent to and abutting the Florida

gas, and mineral lease from Consolidated-Tomoka Land Co. to Amoco
Production Company dated July 20, 1971.
