MEMORANDUM OF OPTION CONTRACT ~
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That BOWEN BROTHERS, INC.,
a Florida corporation, has by agreement dated the ~
day of July 1972, granted an option to purchase the hereinafter
descrihed real property to DAVID L. WALKER at the price and
upon the terms stated in said agreement, said real property
being situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, and described as
follows:
An undivided three~-quarter (3/4) interest in and to;
Blocks 18 19 and 20 of the agricultural plat of
Florida M~id Citrus Grove as recorded in Plat
Book 13, page 1, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. ~
TOGETHER with all permanent irrigation equipment
presently installed on the premises and the entire
1972--73 crop of citrus fruit and the machinery and '
equipment and
~
TOGETHER with all of Optionor's right, title and
interest in and to all easements for road and
drainage purposes which are appurtenant to said
property and together with the above--named Optionor's
right, title and interest in and to those certain •
easements recorded in O. R. Book 91 page 385, et seq,
O. R. Book 91 page 389, et seq, and O. R. Book 197
gage 1722, et seq, and all of Optionor's right, title
and interest, if any, by virtue of that certain Agree-
; ment recorded in O. R. Book 91 page 368, et seq, all
! in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
