For value received, 1, we, or either of us, promise to pay without defalcation, to the order of
NARRIS CONSTRUCTION CORPOR/1TION, at iheir officle in Fort Pierce, Florida, the sum of ~ 5a000.00
with interest from date at the rate of 10.0 % per annum, in monthly installments as follows:

day of each like suaeeding month thereafter for a period of 6 months, at which time the entire unpaid
balance becomes due and payable on demand.
A late payment charge of ~~Q-, shall be added to each payment remaining unpaicJ 7 days after its
due date and a like sum shall be added to each such installment remaining unpaid 7 days after each succeed- -
ing payment date.
Each instal(ment first shall be appiied in the payment of the interest and then on the unpaid balante
of the principa! sum. If default is made in the payment of any instatlment when due, then at the option of
the holder, and without any other notice, all the remaining installments shall be due and payable at once.
Privilege is given to pay iwo or more installments at any installment maturity date, but this shati not extend
the time of maturity of any subsequent instatlment. Neither forbearance, nor acceptance by the holder
hereof after any detault in any payment hereon, shall be deemed extension.
Each maker, surety and endorser hereof, jointly and severally, waives demand, presentment, protest
and notice of protest for non-payment, and further agrees to a~y extension of time of payment, either before -
or after maturity, wilhout r~otice to any of us; and to pay all costs of collection, including a reasonable attor- ~
ney's fee in the event of any default hereunder, and hereby severally waives all benefit of homestead and
exemption under the Constitution and laws of each State of the United States, as against this obligation or
any extension of renewal hereof.
