become due and payable at once, at the option oi the ltgal holder of this nota
Each maker and rndorur waives the right of r~cemption under the Constitution and laws of Fforida, and each maker and
endoner wai~•a demand, protat and notice of maturity, non-payment or protest and all requirements neceuary to 6old each ot
them liable as maken and endorsers.
It is further agrecd that each maker and endoner, jointly and severally, shall pay all costs of co!lection, induding a reason-
able attorney's fet, on failun to pay the principa) of this note or an~ interest thereon at maturity. Thu note and all iums due
thereunder shall bear interest at the nte of ten (.10) per cwt. per annum from due date until paid.
