SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the Board of County Commis-

sioners of St. Lucie County~ Florida, the owner and holder of that
certain Lien in the amount of $1,057.94 held against ALICE G. OWENS,
1203 Avenue F, Fort Pierce, Florida, dated September 25, 1968, and ~

recorded in OR Book 173 at Page 2159 of the Public Records of St.

Lucie County, Florida, encumbering ~he following described property
in said County to-wit:
Lot lb8 of Sheraton Plaza, Unit 3, Replat,
as recorded in Plat Book 16 at Page 12
for and in consideration of the sum of.$1.00 and other good and
valuable considerations to it in hand paid by Alice G. Owens, the owner
of said property, and Stockton, Whatley, Davin and Co., the owner~of
the following mortgage, has and does hereby make its aforesaid Lien ~

subordinate and inferior to that certain mortgage from Alice G. Owens
to Stockton, Whatley, Davin and Co., dated June 26, 1972, and recorded

in OR Book ~ at Page ~j of the Public Records of said County.

IN WITNESS WHEREFROM said Board has caused this agreement to be ~

~ executed in its name by its Chairman and its seal affixed hereto by
its Clerk this day of July, 1972.
