In consideration of the payment to me/us by you of $1.00 and other good and valuable consideration which
liwe have received, I/we and those holding through meius, grant and give to you and your wccessors an easement
for the construction, operation and maintenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables,
conduits and appurtenaM equipmenty to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add
! to, change the size of or remwe such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or
~ cables of any other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other
, obstructions that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, aver, upon, under, and across my/our pro-
~ perty de9cribed as follows: ~
~ Begin 30 feet North of the Southeast corner of the SW~ of the SE~ of
the NE~ of Section 12~ Township 35 South~ Range 39 East, St. Lucie County~
Florida, rtan West 265.6~ feet; thence run North 641 .72 feet to ~the North =
line of the SW~ of the SB~ of the NE-~; thence run East 266 feet to the ~
Northeast corner of the said SW~ of the SE~ of the NE~; thence run South ~
641.~2 feet to the Point of Beginning. 7
The easement more particularly described as a strip 5 feet wide~ the ,
centerline of which is 42.5 feet Northerly of and parallel to the South
line of the North of the Section.

One pole will be placed on the West property line~ centered in the ~
easement~ and only one other pole will be on the property~ located at #
least 180 feet East of the West property line. ;
This easement will be only for necessary power lines. ~
