corporation under the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by •l u l i us Kowa l sk i
and Alfreda Kowalski, his wife dated March 23, 1971 , and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie Counry, Florida, in Official Record Book 191 on page
3g4 , securing the payment of the sum of

covering properry in the County of St. Lucie , Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by~ said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth
hereby cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest mnveyed by said
mortgage in and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the afore-
said County to cancel the same of record.
