sum of FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED ($4,500.00) DOLLARS, in hand paid
said party of the first part, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens,

to Point of Beginning. thence South 25.4 feet :
thence Northwesterly 80.35 feet to North line of }

East 76.7 feet to point of beginning.
Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
To Have and to Hold the same unto the said party of the
Second Part, and to their heirs and assigns, in fee si~nple forever.
