St. Lucie County, Florida. '

Z. That the Shirley Perrone, one of the granteea in the deed ;
described in paragraph 1 above, is one and the same
person as the Shirley Perrone Gale who conveyed the
above described property to Salvatore Perrone by deed
dated March 2, 1972, filed May S, 1972 in Official
Records Book 2Q2, page 117 of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
3. That said Shirley Perrone Gale wa9 not living on the
above described property on March 2, 1972 and it was
not her Homestead Property.
