within the immediate vicinity, the undersigned agrees to accomptish the required repairs, maintenance,
etc., set forth in said notice within 15 days after receipi o! same_
2. II the undersigned shall fcnl or refuse to accomplish the required repairs. or mainten~ce,
etc., wiihin the prescribed time, GENERAL DEVELOPMEhT CORPORA'fION, its successors or assigns,
acting by cmd through its duly authorized agents may corne upon the premises for ihe purpose of doing
the necess~y work. Provided, however, that such work shall be limited to lawn ~d yard maintencmce ?
